Marc FRANCO, is a former official and diplomat of the European Institutions. He was ambassador of the European Union in Moscow and Cairo. At present he is Senior Associate Fellow of the Belgian Royal Institute for International Relations and diplomatic advisor of BOZAR, the Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels, focussing on relations with EU’s eastern and southern neighbours.
